Pin me for later…;-)
This one is a quick and easy project that you will be probably able to make in an afternoon or two. Great texture, once again, as for most of my patterns. I added 3 large coconut buttons about 2 ¼ inches (5,5 cm) each, which I believe compliment the yarn and the pattern just fine.
You will need a square pillow for this pattern about 20×20 inches (50×50 cm). I got mine from IKEA, but I believe the dimensions are quite common and you will be able to find one, easily.
I loved the yarn I used! Kartopu Elite Wool Grande is a super bulky, 51% acrylic 49% wool yarn. Each skein has 87 yds (80 m) and I used 5 skeins for the crochet pillow pattern and a 9 mm crochet hook.
What I really liked about this yarn, besides being bulky, is that it is so soft and so easy to work with. One of the reasons you will be able to make this project in no time is that the yarn glides so effortlessly on your hook.
Really, I always like to work with soft yarns but this one took me by surprise! It literally flies off your crochet hook and I am working with a plastic Bates crochet hook. Nothing fancy as you can see, but I really like these hooks, too!
I don’t want to bother you with any more details, so if you are ready for a quick and easy project with an amazing yarn, this is it!
