It is a fairly easy crochet pattern and you can probably finish a pair in an afternoon. But there is a small catch. The dreaded seam when you are joining in the round, especially with hdc stitches.
I have written a whole blog post about it, including a video tutorial, last week, and if you want your seam to be straight for your gloves and to the side of your hand, you should definitely go give it a read.

If you don’t really care how straight your seam is going to be, just keep reading here to get to the pattern.
So, enough about seaming, let’s get to the good stuff. You are going to need worsted/aran weight yarn. I used Drops Nepal in beige. I know that not everyone can find Drops yarns easily so I have a list for you below with suggested yarns that might be more accessible to you.
Suggested yarns
Paintbox Simply Aran
MillaMia Naturally Soft Aran
Heartland
Vanna’s Choice
Wool-Ease

You will need:
Worsted/aran weight yarn (see above)
US J/6.0 mm crochet hook
darning needle
scissors
Gauge
6 sts x 5 rows is 2â in hdc
Yardage
105 m, 115 yds
Finished measurements
6.75â tall x 3.75â wide (17 x 9.5 cm)
The size presented for your crochet fingerless gloves, here is a woman’s medium and it will fit nicely a hand of 7.5â (19 cm). I offer additional sizes in an easy to print pdf. From women’s Medium (7.5â, 19 cm) to men’s Large (9â, 23.5 cm) hand circumference. You can find it on Etsy, Ravelry, and Lovecrafts.

If you decide to use the method I describe in this blog post for a straight hdc seam, know that I only tweaked the hdc rounds of this round with the exception of R14.
